All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you have agreed to and accepted the terms of The Velvet Post. Due to the nature of our product, a curated, sealed storytelling experience, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once your envelope has shipped. Each issue is thoughtfully prepared and unique to that month, making it impossible to resell or restock.

Returns are not accepted on any Velvet Post subscription orders. If you have received a damaged or incomplete envelope, please contact us at velvetpostletter@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

From there you will be taken directly to your account where you can view, manage, or cancel your subscription. No phone calls. No hassle.
